PARTICIPANT APPLICATION

You will be contacted to confirm lesson day and time as soon as we are able to confirm our final schedules. Your first preference for day and time as indicated on the participant application will be honored to the extent possible. If you recently sent a 2022 application you do not need to do another for 2023.

APPLICATION PROCESS FOR NEW RIDERS

  1. DOWNLOAD THE FOUR PAGE APPLICATION FROM THE LINK AT LEFT. THIS WORKS BEST IN CHROME OR EDGE BROWSERS.

  2. REVIEW THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RIDERS, PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS (POLICIES).

  3. COMPLETE THE APPLICATION AND EMAIL OR SEND TO THE BARN.

  4. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SET UP A TIME TO COME VISIT THE BARN, MEET OUR HORSES, AND, IF APPROPRIATE, HAVE AN INITIAL RIDER EVALUATION COMPLETED BY A LICENSED THERAPIST.

  5. BE SURE TO GET THE PHYSICIAN'S STATEMENT SIGNED BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS. THIS IS NECESSARY BEFORE RIDERS CAN BE MOUNTED.
